Production of Carbon and Graphite Materials

Covering about 140,000 square meters, three production facilities are being operated in Inner Mongolia, Jilin and Shanxi province and equipped with the integrated production lines which consist of the processes of raw materials preparation, mixing & kneading, rolling, forming (die-molding, extruding and vibration molding), baking, pitch impregnation, graphitization, inspection and etc.

 

Graphite Machining

Graphite materials are sawed, turned, milled, planed, ground or drilled to a variety of shapes and sizes by manual or CNC machines.

 

Special Processing

Resin impregnation, Chemical vapor deposition (CVD), Oxidation retardant treatment and etc.
